Hace unas semanas cumplimos un sueño...

Nos mudamos a una nueva Agencia-Chalet en Málaga Este, persiguiendo el instinto que nos motivó a descubrir el mundo con los atrevidos: disfrutar al máximo de lo que hacemos, en un entorno estimulante.

Hoy me he salido a trabajar a una tumbona, planificando la estrategia de marketing de Atrévete Solo. He buscado la sombra de una platanera y poder ver el mar mientras con mi Macbook Air hago lo que otros hacen en un despacho.

La cama redonda exterior ha sido la última inversión para maximizar disfrutar trabajando...

Desde hace unas semanas, me equivoco constantemente en el día de la semana que es, y es que para mí todos son finde, porque apenas distingo el cambio. Los proveedores y partners "flipan" con la ofi, la piscina, las vistas... algunos nos dicen que esto no es normal. Yo les digo que lo que no me parece normal es vivir en un paraíso así y trabajar en una agencia en el centro, entre paredes, tener que buscar parking... Lo lógico para mí es escuchar pajaritos mientras me concentro en las estrategias, sentir la brisa y percibir sensaciones placenteras cada vez que levanto la vista y veo un nuevo velero en el mar.

Creo que tenemos un background legislativo, y de facto que nos quita creatividad. ¿Aporta valor a los atrevidos que trabajemos incómodos?, ¿nuestros viajes son más divertidos preparándolos en una habitación?, ¿a un partner realmente le gusta venir al centro, buscar parking y que lo metamos en una sala de juntas?, ¿o su experiencia de usuario mejora si aparca en la puerta y se reune en una terraza contemplando el mar, escuchando pajaritos?

Si el packaging de nuestra agencia, que vende diversión y felicidad es su entorno, ¿no deberíamos aplicarnos la teoría y diseñar nuestro mejor packaging? La sonrisa de los atrevidos-amigos, la fidelización natural que se produce cuando los invitamos a las barbacoas... nos aporta autorealización y sobre todo ven que somos felices con lo que hacemos, por lo tanto confían en que les prepararemos sus viajes con pasión. Si esta gente disfruta así en la ofi trabajando, irse de vacaciones con ellos debe ser divertidísimo!!!

Me gustaría acabar con una reflexión. No hagas las cosas porque siempre se hicieron así, y sobre todo, trata de ser feliz en tu trabajo. Matemáticamente contando las horas de vigilia, pasarás 3/4 de tu vida en él, es lo que te aportará más satisfacciones o insatisfacciones.

Rompe los moldes, promulga un ADN disruptivo y sobre todo haz de la locura una filosofía cuerda.
